JC-Technology supports operators, maintenance teams, machine builders and integrators with clearly scoped measurement, diagnostic and test tasks. A project can start with a temporary measurement and be extended to a permanent system when required.

Fault investigation and pilot measurement

Suitable when: A fault occurs rarely, cyclically or only under specific load conditions and a single measurement is not enough.

First, we clarify the measurement question, available signals and technical feasibility. A possible trial measurement, its scope and evaluation are discussed only afterwards; there is currently no ready-made pilot offer.

Condition and stability assessment

Suitable when: A plant is still operating, but its stability needs to be assessed over a defined period.

Temperature, current, vibration and machine states are examined for trends, recurring deviations and gradual changes.

Monitoring and rule-based test procedures

Suitable when: A plant, prototype, functional test or endurance test needs to be observed traceably over hours, days or weeks.

Depending on the task, ThermalDIAG combines measurement histories with prepared output actions, digital feedback, cycle values and documented events. The project-specific test and auxiliary logic is not intended for real-time or safety functions.

Embedded development and integration

Suitable when: Specific IPCs, sensors, cameras, interfaces or project-specific measurement and diagnostic tools are required.

JC-Technology combines industrial hardware, Modbus, TCP/IP, MQTT, CAN, and digital and analog signals into a solution for the task.

Stability and trends

Assess plant condition before a fault occurs.

Temperature, current, vibration and machine signals are examined over a defined period for trends, recurring deviations and gradual changes. This provides a better basis for assessing system stability and identifying possible inspection or maintenance needs earlier.

Gradual changes can therefore become visible at an early stage. This supports targeted inspection or maintenance measures and can contribute to reducing the risk of costly, unplanned plant downtime.
