JC-Technology offers ThermalDIAG as a local monitoring and diagnostic system and ThermalDIAG Analytics as a Windows application for recorded ThermalDIAG data.
ThermalDIAG runs locally on suitable Linux IPC hardware, complemented by ThermalDIAG Analytics on Windows. Deployment and integration are agreed for each project.
Measurement services and software can be ordered after technical consultation on the basis of an individual quotation. Suitability, scope and delivery dates are agreed before an order is placed.

Monitoring and diagnostics
On-premise system for thermal cameras, current, vibration, analog and digital signals, rules, events, tickets, snapshots and reports. Rules can also trigger, monitor and document non-safety-related functional and endurance tests.

Windows application for recorded ThermalDIAG data, temporal relationships, trends and local rule validation in a simulated environment without real external actions.

Android app for FLIR One Pro and FLIR Edge Pro. Document thermal images and readings in projects, review them offline in the HTML Viewer and create inspection reports.

For one ThermalDIAG installation, including updates and 4 hours of individual remote application support per licence year.

For one Windows analysis workstation, including updates and 2 hours of individual remote application support per licence year.

One ThermalDIAG installation and one Analytics workstation, including updates and the respective assistance allowances: 4 hours for ThermalDIAG and 2 hours for Analytics per licence year.
Save €300 per year compared with two individual licences.
Additional assistance and project-specific services by agreement. Unused hours do not carry over to the next licence year.
The customer or integration partner supplies IPC hardware, cameras and sensors. We offer commissioning, training, measurement concepts, custom rules, data analysis and integration as services.
Perpetual licences are also available on request. Price, version scope, updates and support terms are specified in the individual quotation. Suitability, deployment and delivery dates are agreed before an order is placed.

Data acquisition and normal automation stop without a grace period. After a valid licence is installed, they resume automatically with fresh measurement and rule state; existing measurement, incident and audit data remain available.

Scope and dates are set out in the individual quotation. Introductory prices and licensing models are defined; deployment and use are agreed for each project.

Together, we assess technical suitability for an initial customer project. Integration scope, responsibilities, support and commercial terms are agreed individually.
