Temperatures, analog values, digital states, incidents and available action markers are viewed together. This makes it easier to see which state deviated first before an event.
ThermalDIAG Analytics
ThermalDIAG Analytics is the analysis and simulation application for stored ThermalDIAG data. It helps users understand incidents, measurements, digital states and rule reactions in their shared time context.
Benefits
Temperatures, analog values, digital states, incidents and available action markers are viewed together. This makes it easier to see which state deviated first before an event.
A rule can be copied locally, adjusted and simulated on historical data. The original rule in the running ThermalDIAG system remains unchanged.
When a fault occurs only rarely, the recorded historical period can be analysed again without forcing the fault to occur again at the plant.
Trend models can show a calculated continuation of a selected curve. This is decision support, not a guaranteed forecast.
Typical questions
Safe analysis workstation
ThermalDIAG Analytics reads released ThermalDIAG data and works in an analysis context separated from live operation. Trend, local rule preview and backtest do not execute real digital outputs, Modbus commands, e-mails, snapshots or other external actions.
When a checked rule idea is handed over to ThermalDIAG, a new disabled rule is created there. Deliberate professional release happens later in the ThermalDIAG system.
